A branded graphic featuring a clear glass of CherryCo Tonic—a deep red drink with a fresh cherry hanging over the rim—set against a soft red gradient background. Bold white and red text reads “CherryCo Tonic” and “A new ritual, a new rhythm.” A winking cherry face icon adds a playful, signature CherryCoBiz touch.

Small Wins, Strong Heart: What I’m Most Excited About for the Future

If you’re new here, welcome to CherryCoBiz! This corner of the internet began as a place to explore holistic health and wellness, and—despite all the branching paths into politics, YouTube deep?dives, and the occasional skin?care rave—that core still beats strong. For longtime readers who have walked beside my family and me through some rough terrain, thank you for sticking around. I don’t share every detail (privacy matters), but I always pass along the lessons that might help someone else.

Why All the Topics?

Holistic wellness doesn’t live in a vacuum. Food matters, sure, but so do the forces that shape our communities, the stories that lift our spirits, and the routines that anchor our days. That’s why you’ll find everything from political reflections to YouTube celebrations here. They’re all threads in the same tapestry of mind–body–soul health.

(And if you’re wondering: no, I’m not jumping on every trend. When even well?rounded friends start sipping borax water, you know misinformation can costume itself convincingly. CherryCoBiz is where we unmask it—gently.)

The Reality Check

My household of four has been wading through a perfect storm: diabetes (same type, but one case is brittle), high blood pressure, skin flares, a cancer scare, career upheavals, the loss of a beloved cat, and a parade of smaller bumps I won’t itemize. Friday drove it home—I couldn’t breathe, my stomach revolted, and anxiety had me in its chokehold. I even left work early (something I never want to do), proof that the strongest optimism still has a breaking point.

That breakdown reminded me of the Spoon Theory—and its penny?jar cousin. Each day hands us a limited number of energy tokens. Chronic stress burns through them fast, and eventually you find yourself in overdraft. The fix isn’t willpower; it’s strategic deposits.

Small Wins, Big Shifts

Even in the hardest moments, I lean on small, thoughtful shifts to steady my course.

So I grabbed a drawer—figuratively. I focused on what I could control in that moment: fueling my body with something nourishing and simple.

CherryCo Tonic (launching tomorrow): 4?oz unsweetened tart cherry juice + 1?tsp raw ACV + ½?can lemon?or?lime sparkling water ? gentle stir, ice optional.
• Antioxidants for inflammation & sleep
• Acetic acid for blood?sugar balance
• Citrus fizz for hydration & Vitamin?C
Check with your doc first; start small; protect those teeth!
(First pour happens right before Day?1 at the community center—cheers to fresh starts!)

Next win: signing up for a community family?center membership. I’m trading paralysis for laps in the pool, walks on the track, and maybe a few shots on the basketball court. No weight?loss quotas here—just a promise to my body that movement equals kindness.

What I’m Most Excited About

Hope in Motion

I’m excited to remember, over and over, that I am never truly stuck. The mind loves to whisper that progress is impossible, but every recalibration—every drawer you grab, every tonic you mix, every lap you swim—proves otherwise. My future isn’t a single grand milestone; it’s an unfolding series of small, stubborn victories that compound into wellness.

I’m advancing all of these things in an effort to maintain and keep moving forward with sincere intentions.

So tell me: What are you most excited about for the future? Drop a comment, share a tiny win, or simply breathe?and?believe with me.

P.S. I’m still doing my Avon rituals—because glowing on the outside feels pretty good too. If you’re curious, [check out Skincare That Sparks Joy: My Avon Trio & Simple Self-Care Ritual].

If this spoke to you, share it with someone who could use a reminder: you’re not stuck—you’re still rising.

Until next time—keep getting up. That’s the only way forward.
