? The Good Liars: Satire with a Serious Edge

Jason Selvig and Davram Stiefler—better known as The Good Liars—are performance satirists who show up wherever power gathers and use irony to flip the script. From handing out “participation trophies” to Ron DeSantis supporters to delivering mock sermons at NRA conferences, their work highlights the absurdity of American politics in sharp, viral moments. And they’ve been doing it for over a decade—only getting sharper with time.

This political comedy duo got their start during the Occupy Wall Street movement in 2011, and have since made a name for themselves with on-the-ground interviews, trolling tactics, and fearless confrontations with public figures. Whether it’s posing ridiculous questions or exposing gaps in political knowledge, The Good Liars make us laugh—and think.

Some of their most memorable stunts include rebranding Donald Trump Jr.’s book Triggered with an alternative cover that reads Daddy, Please Love Me, and erecting a mock Confederate monument just to spark a much-needed conversation. Their style is dry, direct, and deeply clever—turning awkward silence and wild answers into political commentary.

You can find their work on YouTube or visit their official site at goodliars.com. Personally, I find their content refreshing. Selvig and Stiefler have a comedic rhythm that’s bold without being cruel—balancing quick wit with deeper truths. Their humor might make you laugh first—but it’ll leave you thinking long after.
