Since my last update, I’ve received heartbreaking news about Andrew Cross—known on YouTube as Desert Drifter. After sustaining a traumatic brain injury in a severe car accident earlier this year, Andrew remained in critical condition until recently. Despite the tireless efforts of his medical team and the overwhelming support from his community, he was unable to recover from his injuries.

Andrew’s family made the difficult decision to remove life support after doctors determined there was no hope for recovery. His sister Jenna described his final moments as peaceful, surrounded by loved ones praying, reading scripture, and singing. She shared that his spirit is now free, surrounded by light and love—a reflection of how he lived and inspired those around him.
