In today’s complex political landscape, it is crucial to differentiate between authentic religious values and the misappropriation of these values for political gain. As someone raised with Christian values, I deeply understand the significance of faith and spirituality. However, I want to emphasize that Christian Nationalism is not true Christianity. My blog aims to foster understanding and promote the freedom to practice one’s faith without imposing it on others.
Christian Nationalism vs. Christianity:
Christian Nationalism distorts the true essence of Christianity, using religion as a tool to further political agendas. This movement is dangerous as it attempts to impose a single religious perspective on a diverse population. True Christianity, and indeed all religions, should promote love, compassion, and understanding.
I support and love people of all religions. America should remain a place where everyone can practice their faith freely, without the overarching theme of one dominant religion.
Exploring Spirituality Beyond Doctrine:
As a Native, I have embraced Christianity while also exploring spirituality beyond its doctrines. This freedom has allowed me to see the world from different perspectives, enriching my understanding of life. Realizing that the concept of hell was historically developed to instill fear rather than promote understanding has been liberating. It encourages us to embrace the unknown and seek connections with the broader universe.
Hell: A Historical Perspective:
The concept of hell as a place of eternal punishment has evolved over centuries through various cultural and religious influences. From ancient Mesopotamian texts to Christian theology, hell has been depicted in many forms. However, its primary purpose has often been moral instruction, explaining suffering, and comforting the bereaved. Recognizing these origins helps us see beyond the fear-based narratives and appreciate the broader spiritual journey.

Political Arena and Project 2025:
The current political arena is fraught with attempts to overturn the will of the people. The turmoil surrounding Project 2025 is a stark reminder of how far some are willing to go to reshape the government to fit their agenda. The postponement of the book “Dawn’s Early Light” highlights the controversies and extreme proposals within the GOP. As Vice President Kamala Harris aptly put it, “Can you believe they put that in writing?”
Former President Trump’s efforts to distance himself from Project 2025, despite significant evidence linking him to it, underscores the dangers of Christian Nationalism. It is crucial to recognize that Trump does not represent true Christian values but uses religion to garner votes. This manipulation is dangerous, and we must stand against any attempt to dismantle our democratic institutions.
