Hello, CherryCoBiz community!
Today, I want to share my personal experience with three different Avon body scrubs. While I don’t regularly use scrubs like these, incorporating them into my routine has been quite an adventure. Let’s dive into the details of each product!
Avon Senses Cozy Vanilla & Coconut Body Scrub
The first scrub I tried was the Avon Senses Cozy Vanilla & Coconut Body Scrub. This product offers a gentle daily exfoliation with a blend of shea butter and olive and avocado oils to help moisturize the skin. While it provides a lovely experience overall, I must admit that the scent isn’t my favorite. It’s a personal preference, and I know many who swear by this product and love the fragrance. Despite my reservations about the scent, I’ll continue using it until it’s finished because it’s not offensive, just not my top choice.
Avon Veilment Natural Spa Black Rose Body Scrub & Cleanser
Next, I explored the Avon Veilment Natural Spa Black Rose Body Scrub & Cleanser. This product is part of the Veilment Natura Spa Collection, designed to bring the luxury of a world-class spa to your home. It features natural ingredients like French rose oil and apricot seed powder.
While I enjoyed the aromatic black rose scent, I found the consistency a bit thin for my liking. In a twist of household habits, my family, particularly my teenager, started using it as a hand wash when our regular soap ran out. Interestingly, I ended up loving it for hand washing more than for showering. Despite this unique evolution, it’s not a product I would purchase again for its intended use in the shower.
Haiku Body Scrub and Wash
Finally, I tried the Haiku Body Scrub and Wash, and it quickly became my favorite. The scent of Haiku is something I already adore, and using this scrub in combination with the Veilment Natural Spa Himalaya Pink Salt Exfoliating Soap has been a delightful experience.
The Haiku scrub leaves my skin feeling refreshed, smooth, and beautifully scented. The calming and clean notes of Haiku Eau de Parfum, combined with the soothing properties of Himalayan pink salt and other natural exfoliants in the soap, create a luxurious shower experience. The fragrance evokes the serenity of a Japanese garden, with top notes of Japanese yuzu, sweet pomegranate, and summer pear; middle notes of muguet, freesia, and tuberose; and base notes of blonde woods, soft musks, and vetiver.
I highly recommend the Haiku Body Scrub and Wash, especially when paired with the Himalayan Pink Salt Exfoliating Soap. After the shower, I usually follow up with my favorite lotions, but the initial wash itself is truly wonderful.
Conclusion
While not every product was a hit for me, I believe in sharing honest reviews and celebrating what works. The Haiku Body Scrub and Wash, in particular, has become a staple in my routine, and I love recommending it to others.
Remember, I only recommend products I genuinely use and love. I even created a little reel advertising the Haiku perfume because I adore it so much—check it out here! If you’re looking for a new body scrub to try, I encourage you to explore these options and find what works best for you.
Stay well and take care,
